University College Dublin’s Ad Astra Academy aims to attract and develop the most talented students in Ireland. It is a scholarship programme that fosters academic potential in incoming and continuing students, supporting their progress through a range of disciplines within the University. The Academy offers participating students a programme of activities designed to cultivate their skills and strengths. HDF provided grant funding to expand the number of scholarships available through the Academy.
