Human Dignity Foundation is seeking proposals from qualified consultants/agencies to conduct a mid-term review of the Accelerating an end to FGC amongst the Maasai and Samburu communities project in Kenya.
The project is implemented by Orchid Project, Coalition on Violence Against Women and Girls (COVAW) and S.A.F.E. Kenya.
Purpose of the mid-term review
The midterm review (MTR) process is an essential moment within our monitoring and evaluation of the programme to pause and gather extensive data in order to measure progress towards project outcome targets, as specified in the project logframe and theory of change. The data collected and analysed will help us assess to what extent the project is meeting outcome targets, to understand how change has happened over the past 2-5 years, to reinforce existing strategies that need to be retained and to highlight what changes need to be made to ensure the project is most effective.
For full information on the methodolody and scope, consultant requirements and application process, download the Terms of Reference.
Expressions of interest should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Deadline for submissions is close of business Monday the 28th of June 2021.
